Anna's Hummingbird

Just happened to have my camera in my hands when this hummer showed up at Donna's feeder.

I have been teaching myself a new method for photographing birds, based on a video I found recently. The idea is to have one button on your camera to focus, and another button to snap the shot. That way, you only snap shots that you know are in focus.

Seems to work pretty well to me. A few other photos also taken this afternoon with the same setup (Sony A1, Sigma 500mm lens, two-button focus/shoot).
