Shot with the 200-600 telephoto with 1.4x extender (at 280mm for this shot). It was a long exposure because the sky was pretty dark—0.4” at f/8 and ISO 100.
I also got a magnified shot at 840mm; the moon resolves nice detail, so the air must be reasonably steady. You can just see the edge of a thin clouds in this shot:
