This photo is from January, 2018. A friend and I were driving through northern Arizona on the way to Sedona. I hadn’t visited Red Rocks country in decades, and I had my best photography equipment with me.
This little canyon caught my eye.
Technical info: shot with the Sony 16-35mm lens, which is an amazing zoom lens. Really really sharp, as you can see here. The camera was a Sony A7R III, and the lens was at 17mm. This is a panorama of three such wide shots.
Why am I looking at old photos? I loaded my real-camera photos from the last 10 years onto my computer recently, and many of them have never been processed or shared. I’m going to spend some time digging to find my favorites.
Arizona Highways
Desert canyon and screaming blue skies. Always right up there with my very favorites. It’s cool that you are sorting your old photos. I may or may not get to that in this lifetime no time soon that’s for sure. Thanks for sharing this always makes me feel happy.
