Mt. Rainier, Hide-and-Seek Version
One minute, no clouds. Next minute: shrouded in strange-looking raiment.
I tested a macro lens for landscape work. It was challenging; every lens has its own ideas about color and sharpness, and this one was no exception. It took a while, but I’ve got the greens and browns of the field and the reds of sunset balanced with the blues of the sky and clouds.
Shot with a Schneider-Kreuznach 150mm Componon-S lens on Phase One camera.
Nice color contrast which creates more drama.
