We have had a few more days of smoke southeast of Seattle. Rainier was just barely visible from Enumclaw, but a bit more visible from Orting, shown here. There are layers here: thin smoke up high; a medium dirty smoke lower down, and a general smokey haze over the lowlands.
Despite the smoke, the air was steady and the details on the mountain are sharp. The overall feeling has a bit of the Hudson River School of painting.
