We don’t see Steller’s Jays every day, but it’s always a treat when one shows up. They tend to hang out for a while, visiting various trees, especially fruit trees. They also make a try for the feeders, but the feeders we have are for songbirds, and the Steller’s are too big to perch on them.

I like all three shots but I like the last one best as it's very dynamic.
