I have no idea why the morning dew collected on the edges of the leaves, but it made for a very cute subject.
This is a focus merge: I took about a dozen images while shifting the focus a small amount between exposures, then combined them (stacked them) using Affinity Photo’s focus merge feature.
This was taken with the Schneider-Kreuznach 120mm macro lens and the Phase One IQ3 100 back, and the details is incredible. Not my most disciplined focus merge (I focused by hand instead of using the automated tools), but there wasn’t time to set up the hardware. I’m glad it turned out OK.
