Sunset on a "Little Planet"
This is a modification of a sunset panorama I took a few days ago with the DJI Mini 2 drone.
The trick is to compress the panorama into a square and then apply “Rectangular to Polar coordinates” in your image editor.
I tried to post full directions, but this blog site couldn’t all the images and fancy formatting, so may try a different way sometime.
Well I don’t know how you did it but it is a fabulous image. Absolutely wonderful and worthy of printing up and putting on your wall. It’s inspiring!
